My name is Simone Byers and I would like to welcome you to a possible future that may seem unimaginable to you right now. I offer interpersonal communication training that is incredibly powerful without being complicated.
If you think that frequent arguing is just something that everyone has to put up with and that there is nothing you can do about it, think again. Although I sometimes refer clients to mental health professionals, I never cease to be amazed at how many of my clients’ interpersonal problems vanish when they learn to communicate more clearly.
One of my favorite compliments is when divorced couples tell me that they are no longer making life miserable for each other when it comes time to take turns shuttling their kids between households. If better communication can make people happier after divorce, just imagine what it can do for you.
I work with clients from around the world by phone at 805 452 8240.
I also offer face-to-face sessions in and around Santa Barbara, California.
My fee for service is $120 for a sixty-minute session with individuals, couples, families, and small businesses.
I reserve one session a week for clients who cannot afford my usual fees. If you are willing to work as hard as the clients who pay my full fee, please feel free to inquire about a reduced fee. If I don’t have any current reduced-fee openings, I will take your name and reach out to you when an opening arises.
I have found that the most efficient way to determine whether we have a natural rapport is to simply chat on the phone for a few minutes.
I reserve my email address for clients rather than posting it here because I do not have time to respond to inquiries from folks who are curious, but not serious, about improving their interpersonal communication skills.
One of my specialties is working with clients who are recovering from substance use addiction or are related to someone who is in recovery. If your loved one is in treatment at the moment, it is an ideal time to work on your own communication skills to help make the transition to your new way of relating. If you are in recovery and are reaching out to rebuild your relationships, I can help with that, too.
I love receiving personal referrals from clients and at the same time I am very committed to client privacy, which is why I do not post testimonials.
